Attorney Chris Folsom’s decision to focus on personal injury law and litigation began with his experience clerking for over 50 personal injury trials, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice actions, and products liability actions.

Chris’s hands-on experience as a Temporary Assistant Clerk in New Haven Superior Court equipped him with a deep understanding of the field, enabling him to make significant strides since he began practicing Plaintiff’s personal injury in 2019.

Chris graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law and was recognized as a Rising Star in plaintiff’s personal injury by Connecticut Super Lawyers in both 2022 and 2023, a distinction given to only 2.5% of attorneys nominated for the award.
